OFF SEASON Box Office Staff are available by phone Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm to accept phone orders. The Box Office at the theater is closed for in-person transactions except by appointment only.
Tickets can also be purchased on our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To avoid fees, call our box office at 570-748-8083, Option 1, for assistance; leave a message if no one is available, and we will contact you as soon as possible. You may also email our box office at boxoffice@millbrookplayhouse.org. Thank you for your patronage.
All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held. Special arrangements are available for group reservations. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
All sales are final. There are NO refunds on ticket purchases. If a performance is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, arrangements will be made to exchange tickets for another performance of the show, or when possible, another show in the season.
There are no cancellations. Subscriber tickets are only redeemable by the subscriber as part of that particular subscription season. They are not applicable to shows outside of the season, or in subsequent seasons. They also cannot be cancelled in order to then be repurchased by someone else for cash.
Ticket exchanges can be processed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance, are subject to availability, and will be done at the discretion of management. No exceptions. Ticket exchanges are free for subscribers. A fee of $5.00 per exchange (irrespective of the number of tickets) will be charged for non-subscribers.
There is a $2.00 per ticket fee for all on-line orders. Subscribers pay a one-time fee of $2.00 when ordering their subscription, but there is no additional fee when redeeming tickets on your subscription. There is no fee on phone or in-person sales.
When making your reservations, you may have your tickets held for pickup at the Will Call window prior to the performance, or you can have them emailed to you to print at home. You may also request to have them printed and mailed to you. There is a $1.00 fee for that service, and it is only available up to a week in advance of your selected performance. Please note that everyone entering the theatre must have a printed ticket. If you present your phone to the usher you will be directed to the box office to get tickets printed.
Box Office hours for phone and in-person orders vary. You can order tickets online through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online sales are only available up to 2 hours prior to the performance time, after which you use either call or make your purchase at the Current Sale window. Patrons calling the box office within an hour of the performance time should be aware that we have limited ability to answer the phone as patrons at the window have priority.
Handicapped accommodations are available. Please notify the box office in advance. Main Stage patrons may use the stage-door entrance (across from Haywood’s) for wheelchairs or walkers, but please notify an usher, house manager, or the box office so that someone can open the door for you. There is also a chair lift at the main entrance. For the Cabaret theatre, please notify the box office at the time of making your reservations if you need any special accommodation.
Bring your whole family to MPH! The Box Office recommends that you check suggested ratings of performances when reserving for a child or infant. For all MPH productions, every audience member must have a ticket to enter the theatre. No lap seating is accepted.
There is no rating system in place for theatrical presentations. Though we do try to apply the motion picture ratings system as a general guidelines, all parents have different interpretations of what may or may not be acceptable to them. If you have concerns, please speak with the Box Office personnel about them when making your reservations. We endeavor to supply you with as much information as possible in order to make informed decisions.
Please arrive prior to the performance time. If you arrive after the performance has begun, when and where you are seated will be at the discretion of the House Staff. If you are seated in alternate location you are welcome to move to your assigned seats during intermission.
Any kind of Photography, Audio, and Video recordings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS.
Concessions are allowed inside both the Main Stage and Cabaret Theater. No outside food in allowed in the Main Stage Theatre.
You are welcome to bring food (but not beverages) to the Cabaret Theatre. Seating is Cabaret “Family” style, you will be sharing with other patrons. Please be courteous or bring enough to share!
Smoking is permitted outside in the outer (non-covered) courtyard only.
Please silence your cellular phones and/or paging devices during a performance.
To claim a lost or misplaced item, please contact the box office.
No outside alcohol is allowed in the theatre. Millbrook’s Stage Right Bar WILL BE OPEN!
