About the Show

The UMC is coming #BackToTheBarn! On Friday & Saturday, May 10th & 11th, the Uptown Music Collective will present special encore concerts of their highly acclaimed performance, The Decade of Grunge!

Originally performed for one night only at the Community Arts Center in January, these concerts will feature iconic sounds from grunge legends like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Pearl Jam, as well as ‘90s mainstays like The Smashing Pumpkins, Bush, Alanis Morissette, Hole, and more, brought to life by the talented students of the Uptown Music Collective. This show is not just a musical event but a nostalgic journey through a revolutionary era in music.
