About the Show

The classic movie comes to hilarious life on stage! In 1940s Indiana, a young, bespectacled Ralphie schemes his way toward the holiday gift of his dreams, an official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-Shot Range Model Air Rifle. An infamous leg lamp, an outrageous set of pink bunny pajamas, a maniacal department store Santa, and a triple-dog-dare to lick a freezing flagpole are just a few of the obstacles that stand between Ralphie and his Christmas wish.

Estimated Run Time: 2 hours (plus one 15 minute intermission)

Recommended for ages 8 and older.

Critic's Corner

" Both warmly nostalgic and darkly humorous, A Christmas Story deserves its status as a holiday perennial."
"With much affectionate humor, A Christmas Story recalls vividly what it was like to be a kid at Christmas in a more innocent era."
"Delightfully entertaining, with a wryly amusing narration to keep the adults in the audience smirking."
